Lecture Notes

There is a complete set of lecture notes that contains everything you need for the unit. I generally update the notes during term to correct mistakes and to make small improvements, so you will want to check here regularly for changes.

Problem Sheets

One problem sheet is released each week. The deadline for submission if you would like to have it marked is: 5pm on Monday of the following week.

Please write your name and “Group N”, where N is your group number (1 or 2), prominently at the top right of the front page of your submission. You can find your group number by looking at the class on the timetable (Fridays weeks 2-5,7 & 8.)

Submit your work by taking it to the Computer Science school office (the large open plan, glass-fronted office in MVB opposite the cafe). They will have a box near the front of the office for you to deposit your solutions.
